30-day returns, free return label, refunded as store credit.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return.

How to start a return

Email info@dripconnect.ca with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags attached. We may refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded as DripConnect store credit. We do not issue cash or original payment method refunds on returns.

Store credit does not expire, is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.

Cancelled orders

If we cancel an order, or where applicable law requires a refund to the original payment method, we will refund to the original payment method.
